Meet Robert

Rob first became interested in finance at a young age when his grandfather taught him about stocks and mutual funds. He grew up on a dairy farm in Avella, PA and went on to graduate from Mount Union College where he majored in Finance and earned minors in Sociology and Philosophy. Rob has been a registered representative since 1996.

Currently, Rob resides with his wife and three children in McDonald. He decided to head the Bank’s Wealth Management Division because he believes that the Bank’s customer-focused approach matched his own business strategy. “A long-term, trusting relationship with the customer is our most important asset,” he said. “Washington Financial puts their clients’ needs first, and I think their approach to relationship banking is one of the reasons the Bank has been around for over 120 years.”

In addition to spending time with his family, he passionately follows Penn State Wrestling and college football.
