Meet Victor

My client’s needs come first in everything I do and that is why Washington Financial Bank Wealth Management Services’ customer-focused approach is so important to me.

Victor believes that there is a dramatic need for financial guidance now more than ever, and he understands the importance of having a trusting relationship with his clients.

Victor has lived and worked in the Canonsburg, PA area all his life and is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Engineering. Victor has worked in the financial industry for 24 years. Prior to that, he worked for a large electrical equipment manufacturer in various management positions.

He has been active in many community service organizations such as Cornerstone Care, Rotary and Breathe Pennsylvania. Currently he is President of the Cornerstone Care Board as well as the Ohio Valley Community Band where he plays the trumpet.

Victor is a widower with two wonderful sons and five grandchildren. His hobbies include working out, home remodeling, cars and music.

His favorite quote is “People are either busy growing or busy dying”. He is motivated by respect from others and having the ability to “take charge”. His biggest accomplishments, besides his family, would include his multiple careers and having rebuilt his home twice, himself.
